UT Catholic Center launches new gay prayer group.

by utcatholic.org

Today's Daily Texan features a cover story about a new gay prayer group on campus. Surprise! It's Catholic!

Despite the fact that the issue comes wrapped around this month's installment of the paper's most excellent Texas Travesty (think Onion, sophomore year…), from what we can tell, we are almost totally sure that the news of the gay Catholic group is not a hoax, spoof, or ruse, but, indeed, the real deal.

We've put a call in to the UT Catholic Center director, Rev. Ed Koharchik, quoted liberally in the piece, but he is out of town until Friday. We have questions. We'll report more after we speak to the good father.
