Back in March, the Chameleon Companies restaurant group announced that a second location of Wu Chow would soon open at 38th and Lamar. Well, friends, "soon" is officially Friday, May 19.

Interested parties can now reserve their tables and plan to enjoy classic Wu Chow faves like handmade dumplings (both steamed and fried) and salt and pepper squid. Wu Chow North will also feature large format, family-style dishes specific to this location.

The bar will feature a wide variety of hand-crafted cocktails, including the mezcal-centric Texan's Take on Tiki, along with an assortment of beers, wines, and zero-proof cocktails.

Service will be limited to dinner service Mon.-Sat., 4:30pm-10pm, with lunch service launching on June 19 from 11am-2pm. Dim sum brunch, offered on Saturdays and Sundays, starts on July 8, from 11am-3pm.
