Stay tuned for more details on each of the following 30 contenders in next week's Battle of the Briskets issue, where we'll also announce the divisions. In the June 15 issue, we'll name the Division Champions and have even more barbecue-related content. Finally, on June 22, we'll award the overall champion with the coveted Best Brisket in Austin title.
