The Texas Craft Brewers Festival's Rotating Beer List

At any given moment, probably at the exact time you realize how much of your precious life you're wasting at your pencil sales desk job, while Daryl nukes the break room with his curried salmon-stuffed century egg, someone in Texas is making beer. Delicious beer. Special beer, even.

Beer that will be made for, and featured at, Texas’ biggest backpattin’ party, the Texas Craft Brewers Festival, presented by the Texas Craft Brewers Guild. Only the finest lagers and ales made in the Great State will be showcased as monuments to how skilled our statewide beersmiths are. This year, the bash falls on Saturday, Sept. 30 at Austin’s Fiesta Gardens, and will feature a list of nearly 200 beers by a festival-record 68 breweries. It will also feature a list of limited, and thereby hypeworthy, rotating beers that will be debuted at intermittent times during the fest. Below you can see the full list of brews and their set times. As they say in the pencil industry: Prosit!

1pm: B-52 Brewing – sangria saison
1pm: Strange Land Brewery – watermelon IPA
1:30pm: Deep Ellum Brewing – Four Swords barrel-aged Belgian quad
1:30pm: St. Elmo Brewing Co. – Gozer gose
2:30pm: (512) Brewing – Wild Bear sour brown ale
2:30pm: Community Beer – Silly Gose with tangerine and apricot
2:30pm: Red Horn Coffee House & Brewing – More Better passionfruit and pineapple double IPA
3pm: Adelbert's Brewery – chocolate Barrel of Love whiskey barrel-aged quadrupel
3pm: Jester King Brewery – Atrial Rubicite
3pm: Peticolas Brewing – The Duke barleywine with peaches
3:30pm: Austin Beer Garden Brewing Co. – Siouxsie's Strawberry Girl sour ale
3:30pm: TUPPS Brewery – Full Grown Hombre imperial stout brewed with coffee, chocolate, vanilla, and ancho chiles
3:30pm: Real Ale Brewing – Unoaked Scots Gone Wild sour ale with blueberries and blackberries
4pm: Blue Owl Brewing – Hop Tiki Totem sour IPA w/ fresh pineapple juice, rum-soaked coconut, and tropical hops
4pm: The Collective Brewing Project – Wood Folk mixed culture fermentation sour
4pm: Zilker Brewing Company – whiskey barrel-aged Elfie Sunshine imperial coffee milk stout
4:30pm: Nine Band Brewing Co – Toad Choker barleywine
4:30pm: Rabbit Hole Brewing – Season of Virtue Belgian saison aged in Chardonnay wine casks
4:30pm: Thirsty Planet Brewing – Elder Fuzz barrel-aged fruited sour
5pm: Big Bend Brewing – Spontaneity American wild ale
5pm: Oak Highlands Brewery – bourbon barrel vanilla porter with tart cherries
