Director of culinary operations Angela Lunardi reports that inspections have been passed and the newest outlet of James Holmes' Lucy's Fried Chicken franchise opens overlooking Lake Travis at 2900 RR 620 North on Monday, Dec. 7.

Regular hours at Lucy's on the Lake will be Mon.–Thu., 11am-10pm; Fri.-Sat., 11am-11pm; and Sun., 10am-10pm. Brunch will be served on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-3pm. The Lucy's folks have completely refurbished the former Iguana Grill, where indoor/outdoor seating areas offer a panoramic view of Lake Travis. The new restaurant will be announced by its own neon pin-up girl sign and will offer live music programing in an outdoor pavilion.
