Austin-owned Brazilian steakhouse Estância Churrascaria is expanding so you can invite 349 of your closest friends to eat a lot of meat on skewers in the comfort of your own restaurant. If you don't quite have that many carnivore friends, the add-ons include four dining rooms that, much like a Mighty Morphin Power Ranger zord, can combine into a mega-dining room holding 200 people.

Today, Vegan Yacht owners Mike and Danielle Wood are likely doing some variation of the Roger Rabbit in celebration of a big honking check courtesy of Progressive Insurance. The pair entered “Flo’s Fabulous Food Truck Contest” on a lark after being rejected for a $10,000 loan meant to buy a second truck. Coincidentally, that’s just the amount they will be rewarded today.
In other vegan food truck news, Shhmaltz, First Plates favorite and matzoh wizard, is moving from its old digs behind Farewell Books to Rio Rita in October. Break out your cassingle of Boys II Men's "End of the Road" for a farewell party on Sept. 30.
