Beetnik's founding chef David Perkins has challenged Barley Swine pastry chef Kyle McKinney to a Bobby Flay-style throwdown where they'll both be cooking beef shin. Guests will have a chance to vote for the winner and to sample tasty tidbits from some of Beetnik's food suppliers. East End Wines, Starlite Vodka, Flat Track Coffee, and Hops & Grain Brewery will supply the libations. Purchase $20 advance tickets here.
