Benefit to celebrate women in the culinary arts

Eat, Drink, Woman

An event entitled Eat, Drink, Woman immediately has my full attention.

Taking place next Wednesday at One World Theatre, this celebration of women in culinary arts will showcase 10 of Austin’s best female chefs, including Teresa Wilson, formerly of Aquarelle, Laura Sawicki of La Condesa and Sway, Kelly Hamill of Fabi + Rosi, Kristine Kittrell of Mulberry, and many more. Guests will be treated to tastings, a performance by Bob Schneider, and the chance to win a “Wall of Wine.” Proceeds will benefit One World Theatre’s scholarship program for the Berklee College of Music and the ProStart high school culinary scholarship program.

For more information or to purchase tickets, visit oneworldtheatre.org.
