Watch for HB 515, 516, 517 and 518 (by School House Rock)
Sen. Kevin Eltife, R-Tyler, has filed four bills to remove handicaps to Texas’ growing craft brewing businesses.

Ronnie Crocker from the Houston Chronicle has a good run-down here.
Scott Metzger, a vocal advocate for beer distribution law reform as head of the Texas Craft Brewers Guild's Legislative Committee and founder of Freetail Brewing Company in San Antonio, said,
"If passed, we can expect to see increased capital investment, employment, and tax revenue for the state. I look forward to seeing this bill pass so that Texas can begin its ascent to being the top state in the nation for craft brewers."
