Final Round of the 2017-2018 Austin Music Poll

Vote to help determine the winners of the 36th annual AMAs

You’ve waited your whole life to be heard, and now the most important elections in Austin music have arrived – the Austin Music Awards. The Austin Music Poll breaks down the local music scene into categories – Best Performing Bands in every genre, Best Austin Musicians, and the Industry Poll – to survey the musical landscape of the year.

Unlike other voting systems, the voice of the people holds the power. Vote online or mail in your ballot the old fashioned way.

Fill out most of your ballot and you’ll be entered to win a SXSW music wristband.

Want to skip to your fave category? Go ahead!

Best of the Year: Semi-self-explanatory – Best Band, Best Album, Best Musician, Best Song

Best Band Nominee: Black Angels

Best Performing Band: Scan to your favorite genre and let your voice be heard.

Best Performing Band “None of the Above” Nominee: Chulita Vinyl Club

Best Austin Musicians: Pick any instrument and it's probably a category – from guitars to accordions!

Austin Industry Poll: We can’t leave out the people behind the scenes that make ATX music happen. Vote in categories like best club lighting, best radio DJ, producer, local record company, and more.

Best New Club & Best Club Lighting Nominee: Electric Church
