The Music of Hot Sauce Fest 2016

By Tamar Price, August 16, 2016, 2:06pm, Events Blog

Year after blazing year, our team works to bring Hot Sauce Fest attendees a music line up as diverse as the salsas they're tasting. This year cumbia, latin rhythms and country take center stage.

La Vida Buena

Combining salsa beats and live instrumentation with hip hop lyricism, La Vida Buena is the perfect opener to get your blood pumping.

Mayeuax & Broussard

Country fans will definitely want to take a break from the salsa tasting to witness Mayeux & Broussard’s blend of blues, alt country, and Americana.

Bombasta

Cumbia-ing their way from San Antonio, Bombasta brings all the energy you expect from a big band. Hit play below and start practicing your cumbia!

A. Sinclair

Are they indie rock, punk rock, garage rock or good ol fashioned rock and roll? Decide for yourself at Hot Sauce Fest.

Joe King Carrasco

This Austin Music Hall of Famer is no newcomer to the Austin music scene. Take a look and find out why he’s the King of Tex Mex Rock and Roll.

Hot Sauce Fest kicks off at 11am Sunday, August 21 at Fiesta Gardens.
