Austinites have many passions, most definitely including community involvement and live music. Satisfying those two cravings tonight will be Western Ghost House's album release show at 29th Street Ballroom, benefiting Attendance Records.
Attendance Records is a non-profit organization designed to bring creativity back into the classroom. They help local artists by putting them into the classroom and helping inspire students in their own music. By the end of a semester, students produce an album ready to be heard and distributed. This is an organization that relies solely on the contribution of volunteers and local musicians. Western Ghost House is one of the bands working with students in the classroom by helping them write and record their music.
Western Ghost House is an up and coming band who are not only impressing music lovers with their sound, but are also contributing to putting music into the classroom. All proceeds will benefit Attendance Records, so come out and celebrate this creative partnership with us! Doors 9PM.
