UPDATE: The following event has been due to the storm. Follow the links for more info.
If you're like me, and have been kept up nights by fantasies of local media types – say for example, Mark Murray vs. Robert Hadlock or Judy vs. Olga or even better, Judy vs. Olga vs. Michelle – go at each other all mano a mano Jets vs. Sharks style, come witness the spectacular blood bath cleverly disguised as The Battle of the Celebrity Chefs this Thursday at Benihana. Tickets are onsale now, limited (to 100), and selling faster than goats in a Bronx market.
It's all for Central Texas Red Cross, which has suffered some serious depletion of resources after the recent spate of gulf storms. Gustav was the clincher, and now Ike looms offshore. Now it's time for payback, Chino!
Chino? Chino? Come and get me, too, Chino!
