The Austin Film Society will christen Austin Studio's newest addition, Stage 7 on Dec. 8 with their Make Watch Love Austin party.
The National Guard Armory updated to be Austin's new creative home features 50,000 square-feet of affordable, scalable office space. Come hang out and share a drink with filmmakers, musicians, game developers, and AFS board members for this inaugural party.
Play Plinko hosted by Houndstooth and and get your joust on with Juegos Rancheros. There will be plenty of cutting-edge gear including new cameras, lights, and software and Central Texas will be there with production resources with SAG/AFTRA. MPS Camera Austin will have a raffle to win a week rental of an ALEXA camera. Kingslsle Entertainment will also be accepting resumes for opportunities in the entertainment biz.
If you're trying to get on the entertainment scene, a film aficionado, or just a lonely soul with no plans this Saturday, you've got nothing to lose and everything to gain...except the $10 entry fee, you'll definitely lose that. Sorry.
