T.C. Boyle Reads at UT

By Monica Riese, March 20, 2013, 2:30pm, Under the Covers

Just one year after having his archives picked up by the University of Texas' Harry Ransom Center, T.C. Boyle will himself be on campus tomorrow night.

Boyle is a prolific American novelist and short story writer who has received countless awards and recognitions, among them the PEN/Faulkner award for fiction in 1988, several O. Henry awards from the New Yorker, and Guggenheim and National Endowment for the Arts fellowships. His latest novel, San Miguel (Viking, 384 pp., $27.95), was released last year.

According to the UT website, Boyle will read from among his works and answer questions from the audience. Don't miss it.

T.C. Boyle speaks Thursday, March 21, 7:30pm, in the Avaya Auditorium (ACES 2.302) on the UT Campus. His appearance is part of the Michener Center for Writers' 2013 reading series.
