According to The Washington Post, roughly 90% of K-pop views on YouTube come from outside of South Korea. It's no mystery that these idol groups are taking over the world. Whether you are just a casual listener, or consider yourself a borderline sasaeng fan, check out these resources for how to gather with other K-pop lovers.
If you would like to give your ultimate idol a run for their money, you can head out to K Pub for korean karaoke. The venue is a Korean fried chicken restaurant with a full service bar and karaoke room. Formerly known as Charm BBQ Chicken, K Pub is also a frequent venue location for various Kpop Nite events.
If you are a photo card collector looking to find your bias’ picture, head out to Tori Kpop & Anime. Every Saturday, 1-7pm, the shop hosts a photocard trading event in the back. The store recommends posting on Instagram and tagging them in advance to feature what photocards you have available to trade and when you expect to come. This makes the experience easier for everyone. Along with photocard trading, Tori Kpop also sells albums and merchandise and can even help you pre-order for the latest releases.

The group hosts various events with performances, bubble tea and korean food vendors, and featured idols like North Star Boys, Wonho of Monsta X, and Awura on different occasions. Check out the group’s social media to keep track of when your favorite idols will be coming to town or where to gather for album release parties.
Tickets to most Kpop Nite events fall in the $10-12 range and can vary from all-ages events to 20+. On Dec. 20, Kpop Nite will be hosting an event featuring Asome.D and Triger in San Antonio.
If you are looking to trade photocards in various venues and tend to look for trades for NCT, Twice, and Stray Kids, look to Kpop Trading ATX. The group holds a number of trading events, for general, girl-group, and boy-group trades. The event locations vary between HMart, Hana World Market, and Bambu Desserts & Drinks.
On Dec. 3, Revival Coffee and Bom Bakeshop will be hosting a cupsleeve event in honor of BTS Taejin’s birthday, along with a holiday market, 1-7pm. Make sure to check out their website to RSVP and guarantee your merch.
K Pub hosts Kpop Nite on Dec. 3, 9pm-1am. MV requests will be taken in addition to performances by Katie, Journee, Jaytee, 2 Much 2 Handle, and more.
