Nothing quite like a good lutefisk enchilada, n’est-ce pas?

Of course there isn’t anything like a good lutefisk enchilada, because 1) such a thing doesn’t exist, thank Odin; and, 2) if it did exist, what sick freak would ever call it “good”?
That would be taking the whole foodie “fusion” thing too far.
Even if your dual-exhaust, supercharged Hobart mixer could do the Kessel Run in under 12 parsecs, that'd still be taking the whole foodie “fusion” thing a little too far.
What you might wanna do, though … what you might wanna do, if you’re Danny Palumbo, is take the whole foodie “fusion” thing just far enough.
He’s also, sometimes, a professional chef – and thus equipped with sufficient kitchen knowledge and comedy chops to create such spot-on parodies of culinary excess as the websites for Abbrev’s and lil buco.
Fucking brilliant, really.
