Gay Place: We do!

Do you?

Gay Place: We do!

Well, that was a game changer, wasn't it? What a crazy few weeks it's been. Whether you are giddily planning your proposal strategy to surprise your sweetie and seal the deal or drawing up a white board for your action team because there is so much more work to be done, well done! One down, full equality in all matters governed by civil law to go! To this end, may we reco a few great events this week?

Go get married (see, we no longer have to say "gay married") with hundreds of your closest pals at the Capitol on the Fourth of July at Austin's Big Gay 4th of July Wedding. Just be sure to get your marriage license in time from the ever-irrepressible, terrifically prepared, and wonderfully allied office of our Travis County Clerk, Dana DeBeauvoir!

Not ready for nuptials? Kinda "over" the rainbow? Over the red, whine, and blue as well? Well, so is the Revolutionary Alliance of Trans People Against Capitalism (RATPAC) and they are hosting F*ck the Fourth featuring our favorite mad rapper: Houston's Biz Vicious. This werd magnate will dress you down, dress you back up, and wrap you up in a cuddlepuddle. Seriously. Go see Biz. Tell them a Dandy Unicornn sent you. Happy Fourth, pals, no matter how you choose to blow it up.
