Breakfast will be served at 9am, followed by explanations and demonstrations until noon. Techniques available for exploration will include:

* Physical fitness training * Acupunture

* Nutritional counseling * Massage

* Naturopathic counseling * Reiki

* Yoga/meditation * Chiropractic

The Wellness Fair will be at HWC, 4301 N. I-35, on Ardenwood behind St. George's Episcopal Church. All HIV-infected persons are encouraged to attend. Call 467-0088 for more information.
