Helpers: Provide ongoing practical support, such as house
cleaning,
assistance with meal preparation, drives to medical appointments,
grocery
shopping, etc., for people who have limited reserves of strength and
stamina.
Buddies: Provide companionship and socialization opportunities
to those
who may have become isolated and alone due to diminishing
capabilities.
Others: We can always utilize the services of those who are able
to
donate specialized skills, such as hair cutting, lawn maintenance, auto
mechanics, house cleaning, or laundry services.
All of our volunteers attend our General Orientation session. The next orientation dates are Wednesday, June 7. Call 406-6150 to enroll.
