Austin Distance Challenge
This is a series of local running events, kicking off with the CASA Superhero Run on Sun., Sept. 15, and ending with the Austin Marathon & Half Marathon on Sun., Feb. 16. The races increase in distance as the series progresses so it's an ideal training opportunity. Run for the Water
The city’s second-largest annual charity run, Run for the Water raises money for the Gazelle Foundation, a nonprofit co-founded by Austin resident and Burundian genocide survivor Gilbert Tuhabonye.
