October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Outright Fitness & Performance has partnered with Keep A Breast Foundation to raise funds in support of their cancer prevention and educational efforts. They're offering a variety of donation-based classes over the course of a week.
Pairing elements of resistance band movement, yoga, and Pilates to stabilize and stretch, What the Fit?! is adaptable to all ages, levels, and abilities.
First Sundays, 7-8pm. Pricing is pay-what-you-can.
Take a guided bike tour around the Butler Trail circling Lady Bird Lake. Stop to learn about Austin's historical beginnings as the city of Waterloo. Swing by the Congress Street Bridge to see the bats, and finish with a swim at Barton Springs.
Sundays, 1pm. $49 per person, guide and bike included.
