Earth Day Virtual Pack Walk
With social distancing in place and Earth Day gatherings and cleanups canceled, Pupcycle and Ruff Life ATX wanted to encourage those that are going outside to walk their pets to do their part to keep our planet clean. From April 20-24, pet parents can pick up trash during their daily dog walk and share a photo (or story) of their walk on social media using the hashtag #walkagainstwasteatx and challenge others to do the same. Fusebox Festival: Virtual Edition

Dimension Gallery: On the Plight of the Primrose
In the early 1900s, the evening primrose was central to the debate over the cause of evolution and its inherent mutations. In the early days of March 2020, Austin-based sculptor Laura Latimer has collected rubble from local construction sites to provide the foundation for a fanciful, botanical habitat that contemplates how future mutants might survive in the fragmented ecosystems resulting from nonstop urban development.Through June 6. free. -

Don't Mess With Texas Art Contest
The Don't Mess With Texas® Art Contest is officially open! Keep Texas Beautiful and the Texas Department of Transportation invite Texas students in kindergarten through 12th grade to submit their best litter prevention-inspired artwork to be considered for the Don’t Mess With Texas calendar, with the top 14 designs featured. Each winner will also receive a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 tablet, a Buc-ee's gift basket, their artwork framed and returned, and the opportunity to share the work on websites and social media.
