Perhaps second only to the Black Angels as local psych royalty, El Paso-to-Austin quintet Holy Wave continues the flow of 2016’s Sixties-tinged Freaks of Nurture. Less hippie dream than bad trip, the hard-rocking Leather Girls blast through 2017’s self-titled bow.
