    More than 90 cities across the planet are participating in this event, and our Austin instance is helmed by the amazing Ellen Bartel, so we're already stoked to experience this four-part aqueous and kinetic spectacle. In which the first two parts reflect the importance of water as seen by the local community, the third section features dancers performing the same movements all over the globe, and the audience joins in with simple movements for the finale.
