If your kids need help getting in the Halloween frame of mind, hopefully the carnival rides and virtual reality/augmented reality educational games will help get their spooky spirit revved up. A VIP reception will follow with guest speaker Mayor Steve Adler, live music, open bar, and hor d'oeuvres.
