    The Austin Chronicle Virtual Hot Sauce Festival

    The 30th annual Hot Sauce Festival is going virtual this year! Donate to the Central Texas Food Bank to count yourself in on the spicy festivities. The live event will feature winner announcements, hot sauce judging highlights, surprises from Camila McConaughey and Eldorado Cafe, plus music from Go Fever, Como Las Movies, Mike Melinoe, and Nemegata.     Join Texas Campaign for the Environment for this 10th annual event, a contest for fashion designers, stylists, and models to create original high-fashion looks out of recycled and recovered materials.     DogEmbark says puppies needs to meet 100 different people and dogs before they reach 16 weeks of age to learn the social skills they need to be happy, positive members of the community. So they're offering a COVID-conscious space at Barton Creek Farmers Market for dogs seven-16 weeks old to socialize. If you've got a potential puppy participant, register online. If not, you could be one of those important 100, so go pet the puppers!
