    Austin ISD has free vaccine clinics scheduled at schools all over the city, so it's a great time to get those boosters and get the kids vaccinated; it's approved for anyone 6 months or older.

    Learn about your district's City Council candidates at a forum that can also be heard on KAZI 88.7FM and viewed live on atxn.tv, cable Channel 6, or AT&T U-Verse Channel 99. Call 512/451-6710 or email forum@lwvaustin.org by noon to submit questions for the candidates, and call 311 five days in advance to request language interpretation besides Spanish, Vietnamese, and Mandarin, which will be provided by dialing 855/756-7520. Election Day is Nov. 8; early voting is Oct. 24-Nov. 4.
