Beatles Full Moon Concert in the Dark
On the April Full Moon, come set intentions and indulge in the mesmerizing allure of live acoustic music performed by world-class musicians, surrounded by the warm glow of candlelight. Blue Lapis Light: Beyond the Clouds
This latest spectacle of gravity-defying dance from Sally Jacques and her acclaimed cadre of aerialists will take place outside on Blue Lapis Light's three-acre property, for only 50 people each night. Plenty of room for safe distancing, and masks are (of course) required. This is gonna be a wonderful mid-pandemic sight to behold in person, we reckon, but also note: A digital version of the performance will be available for viewing approximately one week following the live debut.Tue.-Sun., Oct. 20-25, 8:15pm. $25. -

Less Than Three presents a choose-your-own-adventure sort of experience via Facebook, wherein "the audience, led by Problematic-Patriot, will listen to fringe theorists to figure out who is the liar among them." Interaction and decisions will directly affect the artistic experience and audience members may receive emails or direct messages giving them inside information that may prove vital. Note: Conspiracy Play was conceived in collaboration with artists from Austin, Houston, Dallas, Washington, New York, and Chicago, and built using video game theory, theatrical devising, and improvisational techniques.Through Nov. 7. GrayDUCK Gallery: Capirotada
Capirotada is a delicious Mexican bread pudding concocted from a wide variety of nuts and fruits embedded within syrup-soaked bread. In a similar vein, this new show – curated by Los Outsiders – collects a group of artists revealing dialogues about self-reflection, meditation, and communing with nature through art. Hopdoddy: 10 Years Old and Expanding to East Austin
After 10 years in business around this city, the Hopdoddy craft burger and brew joint opens its first East Austin location at the new Plaza Saltillo, offering a variety of birthday-celebration specials in addition to the usual compelling array of burgers, hand-cut Chipperbec fries, handspun shakes, specialty cocktails, and local craft beer – all available to-go or dine-in (especially on that patio of theirs). This is a group show by relay, begun in July of 2020 as a method of socially distancing a community in the height of the pandemic: Artists took turns alone in the space, each adding to the exhibition.
