When you just want to gulp a cup of coffee and smoke a damn cigarette without a permit from the SOS, the FDA, or the TABC, Jim's is the place. Sure, Austin has lots of fine, independently owned, gourmet, hipster eateries, but it is sorely lacking in the all-night plain ol' cup o' joe department. Save for Jim's. Thank you, Jim's.
