The dragons have left South Congress. The mascots for Dragonsnaps, as rendered in paint on the exterior wall of the store's old 1700 S. Congress location, were left behind when the children's clothing store relocated recently to Anderson Lane. But when the furnishings store Mi Casa expanded into the space, the building owners decided to create a new mural that reflects the current tenants. Artist Russell Reid of Red Texture Studios was commissioned for the task and is currently in the process of transforming the wall into a hacienda still life with a horse.
