One-half of the famed Hood-Fisher invasion from Mississippi, this young actor with the thick eyebrows prefers roles that allow him to go from zero to 60 in no time flat. He's often gotten his wish: while shambling as the forlorn Feral Freak Boy in Subterranean's Raised by Lesbians, while literally climbing the walls (running halfway up the sides of the Blue Theatre) in Metamorphosis, and especially while chewing much scenery as a hyperkinetic Cubs fan in Bleacher Bums. But this wiry powerhouse can also handle quieter roles, as witness his dark and moody turn as in Fish.
