More, Please: Taste of SXSW Showcase
The Alamo Ritz kicks down the velvet rope and kicks open the doors to these four bonus screenings to the general public. No badge required to take in these four festival buzz films: gospel showcase Rejoice and Shout; Monsters, "a slice of slyly sweet monster-movie agitprop" (according to the Chron's in-house authority on monster movies, Marc Savlov); the UK beastie film Outcast; and the locally shot (but British-directed) horror film Red White & Blue, which Alamo head honcho Tim League executive produced.
