Austin honored Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Mon., Jan. 21 at the Austin Area Heritage Council's annual celebration that began at 9am at the MLK statue at UT, then proceeded to the south steps of the Texas State Capitol, then headed east to the festival that followed at Huston-Tillotson University.
