An Eastside Green Tomato Story

Where, exactly does all of Austin's touted “local produce” come from? I wanted to follow some food from its place of origin to its destination and see where it would take me. Let’s begin the journey at Springdale Farm, one of Austin's many local farms, and experience the life of an Eastside green tomato as it travels from the farm, to the table, and back to the farm again.
