SPACE IS LIMITED,
The Austin Chronicle presents Paper Cuts, a monthly live music series showcasing local musicians that have been recently featured in the pages of the Chronicle. It's free to attend along with complimentary food and beverages – just make sure to RSVP to save yourself a spot!
Wild Bill has been keeping Austin weird since 2005, playing and writing for a variety of some of the most interesting underground bands in town. He now plays rowdy acoustic outlaw-indy shows with a little help from his rotating band, the Lost Knobs. Catch them perform their musical comedy Honky Tonk Holidays at this very special edition of Paper Cuts!
DUMP THE PUMP, RIDE WITH US
We love our Austin music but we don't love the cost of parking and gas. And while we love the good times we really don't want to risk a DUI.
So Dump the Pump and take Capital Metro downtown. We have lots of bus service downtown including routes 4 and 100 that stop just a few blocks from the Palm Door. And if you're staying out late, you can stroll over to 6th and Congress where the Night Owls start picking up at midnight and run until 3 am. It only costs a $1, or $2 round trip. Or take MetroRail downtown for dinner, a show or just to be in the middle of where it's all happening.Plan your trip at capmetro.org/planner/.
Since the Palm Door is such an intimate venue we will only allow limited number of guests to attend. Please only RSVP if you plan on attending. RSVP does not guarantee admission, once the venue hits capacity no more guests will be allowed in. Event is 21 & up only.
Doors open at 7pm for RSVP'd guests. Additional guests will be allowed in starting at 7:30 pending space availability.
