Live music fills the main room every night except Sundays thanks to pianist Donn Adelman, who opened the club in 1972 and plays with his band Thursday nights. Regulars include Chris Gage, Christine Albert, and the Nash Hernandez Orchestra, the closest thing Austin has to Duke Ellington’s.
