CULTIVATE SEXUAL ENERGY is a lecture and workshop that teaches participants powerful techniques from ancient China that "transmute the powerful energies of our sexuality into healing life-force energy." THE AUSTIN WALDORF SCHOOL will offer two programs this month for parents. FREE AIKIDO PRACTICES are offered at Hancock Recreation Center, 41st & Red River, in addition to a regular course of study. Aikido is a martial art that teaches one to blend with conflict in order to reach reconciliation quickly and efficiently. Saturdays, 10:35-noon. 453-7765.

CAPOEIRA REGIONAL is an Afro-Brazilian martial art which incorporates music, dance, and acrobatic movements. Ongoing classes are offered at the Montopolis Recreation Center, 1200 Montopolis Dr. $20 per month (first two classes are free). Tue & Thu, 5:30-7pm. 708-9436.
