Occupy Austin member Ronnie Garza participates in a protest outside of Austin Police Department headquarters against local police infiltration of Occupy Austin on September 5, 2012. Garza is at the center of a possible entrapment case involving, Shannon Dowell, an undercover officer who encouraged Garza and others to use PVC pipes as part of a blockade of the Port of Houston which raised the charges for their civil disobedience from misdemeanor to felony charges. Dowell has testified in court regarding his involvement as part of the on-going case.
