Three months after the Halloween flood destroyed homes and uprooted families, an Onion Creek neighborhood is still in ruin. But neighbors like (l-r) Rosa Villegas, Lydia Huerta, and Ruth Kaplan, have banded together to help one another under the newly organized Onion Creek Park Neighborhood Alliance.
