Vegan Chef Chloe Coscarelli Appears in Austin
Award-winning cookbook author is at BookPeople tonight at 7pm

Fans of the Food Network's Cupcake Wars will probably know Chloe Coscarelli as the vegan baker who emerged victorious in a segment of the baking competition show with Dark Chocolate orange cupcakes.
That winning recipe and well as the secrets to many other delectable treats are featured in Chloe's Vegan Desserts - More Than 100 Exciting New Recipes for Cookies & Pies, Tarts and Cobblers, Cupcakes and Cakes, and More (Atria Books, $19.95). The blogger, cooking teacher, and cookbook author will be on hand to answer questions about vegan baking and sign copies of the book on the second floor at BookPeople tonight.
The store has a wristband system in place so that when customers purchase the book, they get a wristband for entry into the party upstairs. Representatives from CapCity Bakery will serve vegan cupcakes during the event.
