* The French Legation Museum (802 San Marcos) and the Alliance Française d'Austin host their annual Bastille Day 2014 celebration on the shady grounds of the historic museum. This family-friendly event offers traditional French food, wine, beer, games, family entertainment, music, and dancing. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets but no outside food or drinks. Tickets $10 in advance, $12 at the gate, and children 12 and under are free. * Mulberry (360 Nueces) Chef Kristine Kittrell and sous chef Daniel Medina invite you to enjoy a French dinner of housemade sausages, ratatouille, pesto couscous, watermelon salad, lentils de Puy, and blackened eggplant puree with toast paired with a glass of French rosé for $25 (all inclusive).
