We're happy to announce the release of our new Media Taster!

The Chronicle Media Taster lets you actually hear some of the great music you read about in the Chronicle every week, conveniently and on your own time, and for FREE! Listen to samples of songs through the browser radio (toward the bottom of the righthand column on every page), or download the Media Taster and you'll automatically receive a digital mixtape of music, legal and free of charge. If you discover artists you like, the player allows you to track their new content, send an email to recommend them to your friends, and even purchase their music directly.

Once you launch your IMP, it takes a minute for it to load, just click on "Chronicle" under "My Media Taster" and you will see all the Chronicle selections in the playlist on the right.

It's easy to copy the MP3s to your hard-drive and put it on your iPod or whatever. Just open "My Library" on the left side of the application. You can drag and drop any of the tracks in your library onto your desktop or anywhere else you want the files.
