2013 Austin Smoke Experiment, Presented by Brooklyn Brewery!
On the heels of a successful 15 city tour in 2012, the Food Experiments, the nation’s leading cookoff organization, is returning to Austin for the ultimate cookoff sponsored by Brooklyn Brewery. This year, the theme revolves around one of Texas’ best local culinary traditions, SMOKE! The Austin Smoke Experiment cookoff will take place on March 10, 2013 at Clive Bar from 1-4PM. Dishes will range from traditional smoked meats to smoked vegetables or even smoked ice cream! Attendees and a judging panel will choose Austin's next cookoff King or Queen.
