The fifth annual Hot Time in the City grand tasting will be held in the ballroom of the Four Seasons Hotel (98 San Jacinto) this week. The event is sponsored by the Wine & Food Foundation of Texas to cap off their Texas Wine Symposium and will benefit the foundation's educational programs. Special guest for the evening will be Michael Kluczko, a respected winemaker from Beringer Vineyards in Napa Valley. More than 30 wines from Texas wineries will be poured, along with selected wines from California, and local chefs will provide signature dishes.
