Eddie V's has selections from the best of America's seafood treats Đ Florida stone-crab claws, oysters on the half-shell, and all-lump crab cakes. Seafood entrŽes are extensive, including a snapper sautŽed with brown butter and lemon, and seared pacific ahi tuna. They use only prime-grade beef and have a list of side veggies that serve at least two. It's a creative, expansive menu, and well worth the visit.
