The three Weeds have a synergistic relationship on disc and live, fusing Nick Hennies’ staccato drumming and percussion with guitarists Aaron Russell’s pluck and Sandy Ewen’s sliding haunt. Guests include locals Ralph White and Red Hunter, making for a beautifully unnerving experience. Possessed by Paul James growls first and Knoxville, Tenn., duo WS Burn provide the dusty blues.
