Kekuta Manneh Coming Home to Austin FC
Gambian-born Kekuta Manneh moved to Austin at a young age, went to Lake Travis High, and lived with a host family while he transitioned from there directly to the PDL Austin Aztex and quickly a pro contract. Now he's back in town as Austin FC's latest signing, still only 26 years old, but with seven years of MLS experience under his belt.

Austin Aztex to Suspend Operations
The United Soccer League announced today that they've "granted permission for the Austin Aztex to not participate in the 2016 season due to the unavailability of a stadium that meets league standards" according to a team statement issued this afternoon. But the Aztex promise to be "back in full force and committed to returning for the 2017 season."

Play 3v3 against Landon Donovan, Brian Ching, Stuart Holden
The Austin Aztex announced that they're partnering with Brian Ching, Stuart Holden, and Landon Donovan on a charity event at the Aztex Aug. 1 game. Bidding opened today for three lucky fans to play a 3v3 game against the U.S. stars at halftime, sit with them in the second half, or get an autographed jersey. Proceeds benefit the Aztex Soccer Foundation.

Dueling National Anthems Tonight at House
The Austin Aztex host Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2 tonight, April 1 – the lone mid-week date on the 14-game home schedule. The WFC2 are in their first year of existence, and they’re a young team, with just two starters over the age of 22. They’re coming off a season-opening 4-0 shellacking by the Seattle Sounders 2 in the first Cascadia Cup matchup at the USL level.

Aztex Thump Colorado Springs; Vancouver Up Next
The Austin Aztex had a successful pro debut Saturday evening, beating the Colorado Springs Switchbacks, 2-0, before 4,105 fans. Next up, the Aztex host the Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2 tomorrow, Wednesday, April 1, in the lone mid-week date on the 14-game home schedule. 8pm at House Park.

Aztex Bring Back Paul Dalglish
Another smart move from the Austin Aztex today. They announced that they're bringing popular and successful head coach Paul Dalglish back from MLS to head the Aztex as they move up to USL PRO next season. He'll be both head coach and technical director, under what Aztex owner Rene Van de Zande called "a long-term contract."
