Restaurant owners who think they need a little tough love to get their joint back on track are invited to apply for the next season of Kitchen Nightmares (Fox).
Texas audition dates a pending, but you can get a jump start on the process by clicking here, e-mailing, or calling 1-866-226-2226.
Producers are soliciting applications from of existing restaurant-owners as well as nominations of restaurants in need of some one-on-one with Chef Gordon Ramsay of Kitchen Nightmares.
From the press release: "Nominated restaurants must have been open at least one year, offer dinner service, and have at least 35 seats."
