By Jordan Smith and Wells Dunbar, 12:05AM, Thu. May 6, 2010
Glug, glug: The Totescast has a soggy installment this week regarding two investigations at the Austin Water Utility – one resulting in the layoff of deputy director Perwez Moheet – that still raised as many questions as it answered.
Then we return to the Tire Mound of Mystery, as more fallout ensues from the city's bungled tire recycling program. And lastly, a look at City Council's upcoming item proposing a boycott of Arizona. Jordan Smith and Wells Dunbar will be checking you papers, please.
